Support in annual planning, training structure and quality standards
(FTEM-oriented)

• Supervision and age-appropriate promotion of the female athletes in the high-performance sector
• Holistic accompaniment considering performance, health as well as school/vocational training

education/profession

Training control & methodology

• Support in planning and implementing performance-oriented training
• Technique and methodology development on all apparatus
• Participation in periodization, progression and athletics training
• Implementation of current training science findings

Performance diagnostics & prevention

• Collaboration in screenings, testing and video analyses
• Support of individual development plans
• Co-responsibility for load management, prevention and Safe Sport
• Support in Return-to-Train and Return-to-Competition processes

Competition & organization

• Supervision of the athletes at competitions and training camps
• Support in competition preparation, coaching and evaluations
• Maintaining J&S - NDS lists, SGTV - AWK lists and working hour recording
• Assistance with organizational and administrative tasks

Collaboration & innovation

• Collaboration with coaching team, base management, parents, schools, clubs and specialists
• Exchange with STV and association structures
• Observation of new developments in artistic gymnastics and contribution of new ideas

• Readiness for evening, weekend and competition assignments
• Resilience and flexibility in the high-performance sports environment

• Co-responsibility for the safety, health and development of the athletes
• Support of a positive and performance-enhancing training culture
