As part of the reinforcement of our team, we are looking for a civil engineer specialized in load-bearing structures, capable of taking charge of projects autonomously, from design to completion. Your missions - Ensure the design, dimensioning, and monitoring of reinforced concrete load-bearing structure projects. - Perform static studies and dimensioning calculations in accordance with current Swiss standards. - Manage projects through the different SIA phases, from the preliminary design to execution. - Coordinate studies with architects, clients, companies, and other representatives. - Supervise and coordinate the work of draftsmen. - Ensure the technical monitoring of projects and provide solutions adapted to implementation constraints. - Participate in the preparation of offers and the development of the firm's projects. Your profile - EPF, HES civil engineering degree or equivalent training. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of structures, ideally acquired in an engineering firm in Switzerland. - Good mastery of structural dimensioning and SIA standards. - Mastery of AxisVM software, or proven experience with equivalent tools. - Ability to manage projects autonomously, with rigor and a sense of responsibility. - Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. - Mastery of French, both oral and written.
