Qualifications and attributes ## • Completed training in a technical / scientific profession (EFZ) from an industrial environment and with at least 5 years of professional experience in quality management or a comparable field • Additional training or relevant practical experience in quality management, for example as a Quality Manager HF or Bachelor in a technical / scientific field (biotechnology, mechanical engineering, etc.) • Very good German skills (level C1) and good English skills (level B1) as well as confident use of Microsoft Office • Independent and structured way of working combined with analytical thinking skills and a methodical approach to problems • Understanding of production processes as well as the ability to recognize connections; strong team orientation and communication skills About the job ## In this versatile function, you support production with all quality-relevant questions and consistently implement applicable standards together with the teams. You coordinate and carry out laboratory measurements of raw materials and finished products, document deviations, and initiate necessary immediate measures. In addition, you develop quality training for our production employees and conduct it. Another focus lies in carrying out internal operational audits as well as in the implementation of product adjustments for raw materials and finished products. When it comes to quality assurance, you maintain the overview. You coordinate measurements in case of quality deviations, ensure the smooth operation of laboratory equipment, and accompany external audits. Furthermore, you contribute your know-how to product development and optimization projects and lead prioritized projects as needed to quickly restore quality and delivery capability in the event of unpredictable problems. Your work contributes significantly to securing customer satisfaction and driving the further development of our processes.
