• In cooperation with the department management and the other team leader, you lead the department according to the service mandate and target specifications and bear responsibility for several employees of various professional groups within the nursing team
• The implementation of efficient, effective, and appropriate nursing care, taking the framework conditions into account, is within your area of responsibility. Together with the department management, you also undertake the coordination and planning of the processes in the department
• With a great deal of commitment, you care for and support patients as well as their relatives according to the practice model of -patient- and family-centered care-
• A state-of-the-art clinical information system, which maps the entire patient process digitally and comprehensively and lists all patient data currently at all times, supports you around the clock

• As a certified nursing professional HF, you have several years of professional experience as well as further training in the field of leadership, or you possess the willingness to complete this
