Do you want to contribute to steering Ricola's financial direction and use controlling to identify and realize opportunities to increase value and improve margins? As Vice President Controlling, you will report directly to the CFO. You will provide transparency and robust analyses for decision-making, helping management to develop Ricola in a sustainable and profitable manner. With your team, you will shape the future of our Controlling function, combining financial excellence with a deep understanding of our business.

• As a key partner to the CFO, CEO, and Group Management, you bring a financial perspective to strategic decisions and actively contribute to their implementation
• You oversee financial management across the Ricola Group and work with management to define targeted measures that improve growth, profitability, and cash flow. In doing so, you contribute significantly to the realization of our corporate strategy
• You lead our global planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and continuously improve them
• With our commercial teams, you identify opportunities for profitable growth and increased efficiency, while developing our performance management
• You advance our financial operating model and drive the transformation of Controlling into a data-driven business partner function, supported by automation and AI
• You support strategic investment decisions and ensure resource allocation to create value across all business areas
• In collaboration with the relevant teams and using our data lake, you guarantee a reliable and consistent basis for our financial and commercial indicators
• You lead and develop your Controlling team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth

What is your level of proficiency in these areas?

• A university degree in business administration with a specialization in finance or controlling, or comparable education and professional background
• Extensive experience in a senior position in finance, controlling, or business partnering, ideally in an international FMCG environment
• A solid understanding of the key value drivers of a manufacturing company, with experience in managing profitability, product costs, and performance
• Several years of management experience and a passion for developing and empowering people to achieve ambitious goals together
• A strong ability for analysis and business thinking, with the faculty to quickly grasp complex issues and transform them into clear priorities
• Credibility and confidence in working with executive management, the board of directors, and international stakeholders
• Proven experience in implementing change and transformation initiatives in finance
• A strategic vision combined with a pragmatic approach: you influence decisions, take responsibility, and get involved when necessary
• Knowledge of SAP CO, Power BI, and Jedox is an advantage
• Excellent written and oral command of German and English (minimum C1 level)
