Activities:

• Organization and management of our industrial small parts warehouse
• Goods receipt and inspection of mechanical as well as electronic parts and assemblies incl. creation of missing inspection and goods receipt documentation
• Professional and ESD-compliant storage as well as setting up and providing material for production orders
• Execution of inventories and clarification of stock discrepancies
• Ensuring a reliable material flow into the production areas
• Active improvement of workflows, material flows and processes
• Deputy for freight forwarding

Requirements:

• Completed technical or logistical vocational training EFZ
• Several years of experience in the material management of a manufacturing industrial company
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as inventory management and stock bookings
• Technical understanding and careful handling of mechanical and electronic components
• Strong process understanding as well as the ability to question and improve workflows
• Independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working with a high sense of responsibility
