In the «Records Management Systeme» team, we are responsible for the technical processing of the entire lifecycle of electronic documents - from creation through archiving to legally compliant destruction. For the leadership of our team, we are looking for an experienced and convincing leadership personality at the location in St. Gallen, starting immediately or by arrangement. You will take responsibility for people, applications, and the strategic further development of this team. Application questions instead of a motivation letter Share What awaits you? ## • Personnel and technical leadership of the Records Management Systeme group with 8 employees • Responsible for the planning, steering, and control of strategic measures within the organizational unit • Overall responsibility for the applications electronic archive, Document Management System, as well as the Scanning and Capturing solution • Ensuring active and economical application management for the responsible applications with regard to quality, availability, performance, security, and risks • Coaching and further developing your team within the framework of «Performance & Entwicklung» • Central contact person for business partners, project managers, and suppliers What do you bring with you? ## • A completed degree in computer science or a comparable education or further training. • Several years of experience in leading IT teams. • Experience in application management of complex corporate applications. • Good knowledge of Java/JEE development as well as the use of corresponding tools. • Practical experience with agile working methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe • Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence for the planning, steering, and transparency of requirements, projects, and operational tasks • Strong communication and leadership competencies. • A structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking. • Very good German skills and good English skills
