Your tasks – Independent care in Spitex

• Individual care and support of clients in their homes
• Carrying out medical-technical procedures such as injections, wound care, or blood glucose measurements
• Support with personal hygiene, mobilization, and managing everyday life
• Advising and instructing relatives for the optimal care of the persons being cared for
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and other specialists
• Documentation of nursing services according to applicable guidelines

Your profile – Expertise for outpatient care

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in Spitex or outpatient care is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Enjoyment of independent work and the care of clients in their own homes
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
• Category B driver's license is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
