For the Tertianum House Kirchdorf/Kappelerhof, we are looking for a Specialist in Health EFZ 80-100% immediately or by agreement Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our care philosophy and the care process • Taking over tasks as a reference person for care • Participation in the care process and in the assessment of care needs with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests • Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompaniment of doctor's visits • Taking over daily responsibility • Taking over tasks as a theme bearer for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for care quality Your profile • Completed training as a Specialist in Health EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge is desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in varied challenges • Good German language skills in word and writing Why Tertianum?
