Payroll Accountant

The Finanzverwaltung is looking for a

Your tasks

• Payroll processing with a focus on secondary schools (incl. teachers)
• Recording of entries, exits and transfers incl. withholding tax, processing of family allowances, clarifications regarding the various social insurances and much more
• Processing of telephone and written inquiries from cantonal employees regarding questions on payroll-relevant aspects
• Control of the data recorded by the offices/companies and ensuring high data quality
• You support the team during the monthly payroll run

Your profile

• commercial or comparable training
• sound knowledge in the area of payroll and social insurances
• You are used to working accurately and in a structured manner and possess networked thinking.
• several years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in larger organizations
• good knowledge of Abacus Lohn
• independent, committed and resilient team member with communicative skills
