Project Manager Civil Engineering with development perspective towards team leadership ####

The company has been successful for many years in the planning and realization of demanding infrastructure projects and works in the fields of transport, energy, and environmental technology.

Your tasks:

• In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for projects in general civil engineering and accompany them from planning to implementation.

Your main tasks include:

• Project planning and management of infrastructure projects in the areas of road construction, utility construction, and urban drainage
• Coordination of project participants as well as accompanying projects into the execution phase
• Development of economic and sustainable solutions in civil engineering
• Application of modern planning and project design methods (e.g., BIM)
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams

After successful induction, there is the possibility to take on additional leadership responsibility and to technically coordinate and further develop a small team of specialists.

Your profile:

• Completed studies as a Civil Engineer FH / ETH or comparable training
• Experience in the planning and implementation of projects in general civil engineering
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
• Interest in taking on leadership responsibility
• Practice-oriented hands-on mentality
