The Fondation Vieillesse in Herisau is a home for more than 250 elderly people. Across the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, approximately 260 employees contribute daily in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. The Park house is nestled in the magnificent Heinrichsbad park and offers a warm home across three residential groups of approximately 30 residents each. The environment close to nature and our family atmosphere make this site a special place to live and work.

Your demanding and varied tasks:

• You accompany our residents with heart, professional competence and a touch of humor in their home and assume responsibility for their individual care and support - so that they feel perfectly well and safe with us.
• With your expertise and respectful attitude, you create trust and contribute to professional and needs-centered care.
• You regularly assume daily responsibility and support your team with commitment and pleasure.
• You promote respectful interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to us achieving the best together for our residents.
• You bring your ideas and actively participate in our family atmosphere.
• You work in morning and evening shifts until 21:15.

Our requirements:

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland.
• You have experience in long-term care and approach elderly people with respect, empathy and joy.
• You work safely with RAI LTCF and apply your professional knowledge in a targeted manner in daily care.
• You assume responsibilities, enjoy working in a team and appreciate respectful collaboration.
• You are proficient in computer systems and have good oral and written knowledge of German.
