What you achieve ## • Administrative support for the real estate managers • Oral and written contact with tenants, tradespeople, caretakers, etc. • Assignment of repair work • Organization of apartment inspections and apartment handovers • Creating advertisements • Processing of the dunning and debt collection process as well as accounts payable • Preparation of final statements and invoices • Development of contemporary real estate marketing measures What you bring ## • Completed commercial training or further education in real estate management administration • Professional experience in real estate management administration • Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of Garaio REM and Yarowa is an advantage • Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage • Communicative and resilient personality with good organizational skills and an independent way of working
