Product Operations Manager (m/w/d) 80-100%

For our client, we are looking for a Product Operations Manager (m/w/d). In this versatile key function, you will take over the responsibility for the operational and strategic management of Product Operations Management in the international river cruise business. You will ensure optimal resource planning, coordinate logistical processes on Europe's waterways, and guarantee smooth operations. In close cooperation with internal and external partners, you will optimize processes, coordinate route adjustments, and ensure the highest standards in terms of product quality and customer satisfaction. With your structured and solution-oriented way of working, you will make a significant contribution to a first-class guest experience and the sustainable development of the operational business. Your area of responsibility: • Operational support and coordination of river cruises on Europe's waterways • Planning and management of berths, route adjustments, and operational processes • Hub function between ships, captains, agency partners, and internal departments • Monitoring of water levels, driving conditions, and short-term changes, as well as initiating suitable measures • Collaboration in nautical-operational day-to-day business and assumption of on-call duties Your profile: • Completed commercial, tourism, or technical basic training • Further education in the fields of tourism, logistics, transport, or business administration is an advantage • At least two years of professional experience in the river cruise industry • Mandatory experience in the area of River Operations • German at native speaker level and very good English skills in writing and speaking • High technical affinity and secure handling of digital applications • Interest in artificial intelligence and willingness to use it in everyday work • Structured, resilient, and solution-oriented way of working • Team-oriented personality with pronounced communication skills The offer: • Exciting activity in an international environment • Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making paths • Long-term perspectives in a strongly growing company • Attractive social benefits and development opportunities Would you like to bring your experience into an exciting international environment and actively contribute to the success of our client?
