To complete our care team at our Pierre de la fée Residence in Meyrin and join a human-centred and caring environment, we are looking for a

Unqualified Night Nursing Assistant

YOUR MISSION

• Ensure the accompaniment and monitoring of residents during the night
• Assist with daily living activities (mobilisation, positioning, comfort)
• Provide hygiene and well-being care adapted to the nocturnal rhythm
• Ensure the safety and rest of residents
• Respond to calls and needs expressed during the night
• Participate in the maintenance of the resident-s immediate environment
• Communicate observations and relevant information to the morning team, both orally and in the electronic file (DIR)
• Work closely with the night team and contribute to the continuity of care with the rest of the multidisciplinary team

Profile sought

YOUR PROFILE

• Red Cross Health Auxiliary diploma (or training deemed equivalent)
• Experience desired in geriatrics, psycho-geriatrics or night care
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in DIR an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written French (according to Red Cross training requirements)
• Listening skills, empathy, respect and patience
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the night team
• Availability and reliability within a night shift schedule
