Methods Agent

Supplier of prestigious watch brands, we produce watch glasses and complex sapphire components. To strengthen our Technical department, we are looking for a Methods Agent (M/F). Your main missions will be as follows: You are the guarantor of machining processes and analysis of malfunctions in production, You follow technical projects with financial analysis, You define operating ranges, updating in the ERP, You define work instruction sheets and are responsible for updating, You ensure the conformity of tooling nomenclatures. You establish price offers You are the Technical Support to production You also have in your scope: the design of small tools, planning, and CNC programming (turning / milling) Your profile: You have a training as a polymechanic, precision mechanic or equivalent training. You have a confirmed similar experience of 5 to 10 years in an industrial production environment. Also: You have knowledge of settings on conventional and CN machines. Mastery of Solidworks and Gibbscam is a plus, You are comfortable with usual computer tools, You are dynamic and a force for improvement proposals, You have a developed sense of organization and responsibilities, You have an open mind and excellent human relations skills, You appreciate working autonomously while being able to collaborate effectively in a team.
