• You take on the professional, organizational, and personnel leadership of your team and ensure that everyday life functions in a well-structured, stable, and reliable manner
• As the deputy of the nursing management, you actively contribute at the management level and represent them in all relevant matters in their absence
• As a leader, you are close to your team: You accompany, promote, and strengthen employees in their professional and personal development and contribute to an open, respectful, and supportive work culture
• You work closely with interdisciplinary partners as well as the nursing management and actively contribute your perspective
• Active participation in nursing: In addition to your leadership tasks, you regularly undertake nursing assignments in direct care
• Readiness for on-call duties

What you bring

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH
• Several years of leadership experience in the nursing sector is an advantage
• Decision-making ability, sense of responsibility, and empathy
• Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and enjoyment of change processes
