Your field of activity ### • You accompany and promote learners and students in the core area of surgery and medicine, individually and goal-oriented, and are responsible for qualification procedures, competence proofs, and selection procedures • You advise and support vocational trainers and nursing professionals in the departments on pedagogical topics • You are responsible for the planning, preparation, implementation, and follow-up of teaching sequences and pedagogical continuing education • You participate in the adjustment of the training concept as well as in the development of work and assessment instruments Your experience ### • You have completed your training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson FH • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in acute care and ideally have pedagogical practical experience and the vocational trainer course or are willing to complete it • You have good German (oral and written) as well as PC skills (Word, Powerpoint) • You are an empathetic, integral, and strong-communicating personality Your perspectives ### • You can obtain the eidg.
