Operations Mechanic and Vocational Trainer (all genders)

Elco AG is the leading manufacturer of envelopes and stationery in Switzerland. With around 200 employees, we have specialized in Brugg in top products of the main brand ELCO in the areas of stationery, envelopes, packaging, tableware, and hygiene. Our 7 workshop employees ensure production security from Monday to Friday. We divide the presence time of maintenance among ourselves on a rotational basis as follows: early shift 05.30 - 14.00, normal working hours 07.00 - 16.00, middle shift 09.00 - 18.00, and late shift 12.00 - 20.30. Where possible, considerations will be made upon request. We ensure short downtime of machines and systems with on-call service. This is divided fairly and after consultation and lasts one week each on a rotational basis. However, due to preventive maintenance, only 15 on-call assignments occurred in 2025 for the entire team.
