What awaits you:

Order fulfillment in quantity, quality, and in the transport mode and time window requested by the customer
Optimal and economical truck dispatching of all gravel & concrete deliveries as well as logistical services
Deployment planning of internal and external vehicles as well as optimization of routes and material flows
Control and post-processing of delivery notes
Ensuring the necessary flow of information to the sales and production departments
Administrative tasks, invoice control for carriers, material orders and material receipt in SAP, as well as goods receipt control and silo filling
Serving pickup customers
Ordering the necessary raw materials (aggregate, cement, additives, admixtures)
Creating and forwarding error messages and customer complaints

What you bring with you:

Completed vocational training, ideally in the technical or construction-related sector
Driving license Cat. C is an advantage
Experience in dispatching and/or in concrete production as well as interest in technology and production
Knowledge of gravel and concrete products as well as logistical services
Basic knowledge of control and regulation technology
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Good and fast comprehension for local knowledge and route selection
Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of customer contact
High sense of responsibility and safety awareness as well as team spirit
Business fluent German skills, basic knowledge of English, and good IT affinity and openness to new technologies
