Project Management Mental Health of Children and Adolescents

Do you want to get involved with your expertise for the mental health of children and adolescents? Do you enjoy networking at the municipal, cantonal, and national levels? jugend.gr is the umbrella organization for child and youth promotion in Graubünden. We operate the jugend.gr specialist office as well as other projects. For the further development of our offers, we are looking for, as of now or by arrangement, a Project Management 50% You will take over the management of the project «und du so?», which supports professionals in child and youth work in sustainably strengthening the mental health and life skills of adolescents. Together with partner organizations, you will implement the offers in a practical and needs-oriented manner. Your tasks include in particular: -      Overall management and further development of the project «und du so?» -      Planning and implementation of further training and awareness-raising offers -      Networking and cooperation in the child, youth, and health sectors -      Collaboration in other projects of the specialist office -      Co-design of communication (website, newsletter, social media, and print products) For the project management, we are looking for a motivated specialist with a qualification in Social Work, Pedagogy, Health Promotion and Prevention, or a comparable field, who -      brings several years of professional experience in child and youth promotion and expertise in the field of mental health in adolescents as well as knowledge of their living environments. -      is familiar with project management and conceptual work. -      possesses communication, coordination, and networking skills. -      appears confident and convincing towards different stakeholder groups. -      communicates in a stylish, clear, and target-group-oriented manner and gets texts to the point. -      is used to independent and structured working. -      ideally possesses a category B driver's license and knowledge of several cantonal languages.
