Under the sponsorship of SEEBURG, we provide 15 residents with a warm home, where individual care, personal support, and appreciative coexistence are at the center. For us, every person counts - both our residents and our committed employees who enrich our team with heart and professional expertise. We are looking for a committed deputy who takes on responsibility and actively helps shape and develop our quality of care with professional competence, empathy, and foresight.

What there is to do ###

• Professional and leadership responsibility in the absence of the Nursing Service Manager
• Ensuring correct BESA/RAI classification
• Responsibility for efficient and needs-based deployment planning of employees
• Taking over shift leadership and ensuring a professional, coordinated daily routine in compliance with operational requirements
• Guaranteeing high quality of care as well as continuous optimization of efficient and needs-based processes
• Planning, organization, and implementation of internal continuing education
• Active co-responsibility for achieving annual goals and the further development of the area

• Higher technical college HF, university of applied sciences FH
• Further training in leadership/management or willingness to complete it
• BESA/RAI training or willingness to complete it
• Extensive professional experience in long-term care and leadership
• Leadership at eye level, empathetic, motivated, and assertive
• Conceptual skills and the joy of taking on development tasks
