Service Technician (Machinery)

Introduction

To strengthen the service team, we are looking for a technically skilled specialist as a Service Technician (Machinery). The focus of this position is on the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machines as well as the technical support of customers.

Tasks

• Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair work on machines and systems
• Analyzing and resolving technical faults
• Commissioning new machines at the customer's site
• Carrying out functional and safety tests
• Documenting the work performed and service assignments
• Technical advice and support for customers on-site
• Ensuring high system availability and customer satisfaction
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments

Profile

• Completed technical training in the field of mechanics, mechatronics, automation, or comparable
• Professional experience as a service technician is an advantage
• Good technical understanding as well as analytical thinking skills
• Independent, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel for service assignments
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
