What you will achieve with us

• Ensuring internal mail distribution as well as carrying out locking rounds and on-call service
• Processing and forwarding telephone call messages via email
• Care and maintenance of indoor greenery
• Administration, loading, and functional control of aerial work platforms
• Organization and emptying of document and waste containers
• Coordination of work clothing orders as well as laundry services with external service providers
• Management and maintenance of the vehicle fleet
• Checking, accounting, and signing of accounts payable invoices
• Coordination, commissioning, and quality control of external service providers (e.g., cleaning, electrical installations)
• Procurement and administration of safety shoes and personal protective equipment
• Organization and administration of the cloakroom infrastructure
• Planning, organization, and support for internal employee events
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions in building technical systems
• Carrying out maintenance work on ventilation systems
• Optimization as well as demand-oriented adjustment of ventilation, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Planning, organization, and operational support for internal moves and workplace adjustments
• Organization and ensuring of winter services on rental areas

What you bring with you

• Completed basic vocational training in a manual trade, in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, or electrical (HVACSE)
• Further training in the field of facility management or caretaker services, ideally with a federal diploma (FA)
• High willingness to take on versatile tasks within facility management with on-call readiness
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing as well as good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in dealing with machines, systems, and building technical facilities
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Solution-oriented personality with a high service orientation and hands-on mentality
