SOUGHT is a reliable and team-oriented Inside Sales Technician with experience in an international environment (m/f/d)

who wishes to demonstrate their skills and experience from external assignments within our customer service with great commitment. Solving customer problems over the phone, spare parts deliveries, or the planning and organization of a service technician assignment challenge you daily. In addition, you monitor and coordinate external commissioning, service assignments, overhauls, and repairs.

We are looking for a person who, through their resilience and ability to set priorities, keeps a cool head even in hectic situations and solves the problems of our international clientele and representatives. You enjoy communicating and do so in English as well as German. Other languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French are an advantage. After basic mechanical or electromechanical training, possibly further training in electronics, and several years of professional experience in the machinery/plant industry, you are now looking for a long-term, highly interesting, independent new professional challenge.
