Your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of a team of 25 employees
• Responsibility for the infrastructure of the base
• Needs-based and economical service and deployment planning with the planning team
• Ensuring professional and high-quality nursing of clients
• Promoting the professional and personal development of employees
• Cooperation with specialist departments, doctors, health insurance companies, and authorities
• Support of the management in the implementation of corporate goals
• Participation in projects as well as optimization of structures and processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Your profile

• Degree in nursing (FaGe or HF)
• Several years of professional experience as well as initial leadership experience required
• Leadership training already completed or willingness to complete
• High professional competence and strong understanding of service
• Communication strength and empathy in employee leadership
• Independent, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial way of working
• Good user knowledge of MS Office applications
• Category B driver's license
• Knowledge in the Spitex environment or willingness to undergo training
