Your tasks as an architect or technician with a technical flair:

• Project management and coordination with clients, authorities and specialist planners in the role of general planner
• Leading general planning teams
• Collaboration in complex new building and renovation projects, taking over project management
• Development of requirement formulations / feasibility studies, performing all classic architectural services in all SIA phases (31 preliminary project to 53 completion) through client care / support, acquisition of new projects
• Developing, creating and presenting digital 3D models
• Independent development of preliminary projects, construction projects and building applications
• Creation of provisional execution and detail plans as a basis for tenders
• Development of construction plans, detail plans, as-built plans
• Assistance in the further development of BIM

Your profile

• Completed education as an architect FH or technician
• Professional experience in the planning and implementation of construction projects
• Confident handling of CAD software (preferably ArchiCAD)
• Knowledge of Swiss building regulations and standards
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
