Your tasks

Cleanliness and laundry care: You actively participate in cleaning and in our internal laundry.
Processes: You help with the optimization of internal work processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Teamwork: You work closely with colleagues from various areas and contribute to a positive working atmosphere. Respectful interaction and mutual support are a matter of course for you. Communication in everyday work takes place in German.
Alternative assignments: If required, you undertake occasional gardening work and support TD with project work. You transport the laundry with the electric vehicle between the main building and the laundry.

Your profile

Experience: Professional experience in cleaning and/or laundry is an advantage.
Driver's license: A valid driver's license of category B is mandatory.
Language: You have good German skills in speaking and writing, at least at level B2. German is the common working language in our team.
Readiness for deployment: You are ready to step in flexibly in the event of personnel shortages in the team and to stay longer if necessary in the event of an increased workload, so that resulting work can be reliably completed.
Professional appearance: You have a well-groomed appearance and interact with guests and patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Personality: You are service-oriented and communicate in a friendly, respectful, and solution-oriented manner. Thanks to your quick comprehension, you work reliably, independently, and flexibly and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
