The residential area offerings enable stabilization and increasing independence in all areas of life. Collective Living takes place in personal apartments provided by the foundation. We accompany and promote people in a non-institutional framework so that they can lead an independent life and reintegrate into society step by step.

In Collective Living, we work from Monday to Friday and predominantly during office hours.

Your tasks - truly varied:

• Accompanying up to six residents in everyday life – individual, close to everyday life and at eye level
• You promote personal responsibility and motivate toward small and large steps of change
• You recognize what people need, strengthen resources and support steps towards independence
• You design leisure activities, are a reference person and plan everyday life together
• And yes, administrative tasks are also part of it – care processes, coordination, exchange with helper networks
• You are on the move between Wetzikon and Uster – with the company vehicle

What inspires us about you:

• Degree as a social pedagogue HF, nursing specialist HF or social companion BP
• Experience in working with adults with mental impairment – or a great willingness to learn
• You are independent, responsible, human, with humor and heart
• Appreciative interaction with people is a matter of course for you

• Driver's license Cat. B
• You are prepared to take on on-call duties (by telephone, approx. 7 days per month) – there is additional compensation for this
