The Pflege- und Kompetenzzentrum neues marthastift in Basel specializes in the care and support of people with dementia and psychogeriatric illnesses and provides a home for 110 residents. With the planned expansion to 120 places by 2028, we are in an exciting phase of development and are actively continuing to shape our leadership and corporate culture. YOUR PROFILE

• You have a sound nursing education at tertiary level as well as further training in the field of leadership (CAS/MAS/EMBA Leadership in healthcare)
• You bring experience and professional expertise in long-term care; dementia and/or geriatric psychiatry is an advantage
• You bring proven leadership experience of teams and ideally of leaders
• You recognize potentials, promote talents, and further develop organizations
• You combine quality awareness with pragmatic solutions
• You communicate openly, reliably, clearly, and appreciatively
• You bring joy in strengthening and developing a young management team as well as actively helping to shape the future of care
• You bring strategic and business thinking skills as well as the ability to assess and represent topics at the executive management level
• You bring the ability to inspire people and achieve goals together
