GOAL-ORIENTED                                             Stiftung ikj RESOURCE-ORIENTED HOLISTIC We are a modern, innovative social enterprise committed to the psychosocial integration of children and adolescents. The Therapiestation Koblenz is an inpatient special school for 10 adolescents of secondary school age. An interdisciplinary team of 15 specialists from the fields of adolescent psychiatry, special education, and social pedagogy designs the therapeutic stay of the adolescents. We are looking for 12 October 2026 (or by arrangement) Housekeeper 100% As a housekeeper, you are right in the middle of it. On one hand, you are responsible for the purchase and preparation of meals. On the other hand, you are also involved in the direct pedagogical work with the adolescents by guiding adolescents to assist in the kitchen and imparting basic housekeeping skills to them. You are also responsible for hygiene, laundry, and house maintenance. In all these tasks, you are in exchange with other team members. These exchanges must be perceived as an enrichment if one wants to feel comfortable with us. We work interdisciplinary on all levels and consider this a quality feature of ours.  Requirements - Training and experience in housekeeping or as a cook - High social competence, stable personality - Flexible organizational talent - Interest in engaging with adolescents in a difficult life situation - Awareness of balanced nutrition Tasks - Preparation of lunch (Monday - Friday) for 12 - 20 persons - Preparation of dinner (Monday - Friday) for 12 persons - Grocery shopping for all meals - Shopping for cleaning and household - Laundry for 11 persons (only bed and kitchen linen) - Responsible for hygiene regulations - Responsible for cleaning (with the support of an ext. cleaning company) - Supervising an adolescent in the kitchen during morning school lessons - Housekeeping lessons for 10 adolescents - Participation in interdisciplinary meetings We offer - Great freedom in the design of tasks - Varied activities - Participation in team meetings and supervisions - Flexible working hours - Further training opportunities - Annual working time For questions, please feel free to contact Christian Schmid (Operations Manager): 056 222 16 29.
