Facilities Team Leader EMS 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)

As part of Hamilton AG's Shared Services (SHS) business unit, this sector assumes central tasks for the Hamilton companies. The HR, IT, corporate communication, facilities, and finance teams ensure that processes run smoothly and that employees are optimally supported worldwide.

What you can accomplish:

Operation of the infrastructure and technical facilities of the building at the Ems site with a team of 8 employees

Ensuring maintenance through inspection, upkeep, repair, and improvement with internal and external resources

Mobilization, negotiation, assignment, support of external service providers, and acceptance of work

Ensuring adequate external cleaning (basic cleaning, maintenance, and specialized cleaning)

Support of internal and external audits in the field of facilities

Conducting training for members of the emergency organization

Ensuring an on-call organization and security rounds on weekends

Support during events

What you bring:

Basic professional training

Preferably: building maintenance specialist CFC, concierge with federal certificate of competency or graduated concierge

Ideally additional training as a maintenance specialist with federal certificate of competency or graduated director in facilities management and maintenance

Management skills and experience

Permit for elevating platforms IPAF

Basic training in personal fall protection equipment (PSAgA)

Basic training in fire protection SiBe Brandschutz

Ideally authorization according to art. 15 NIV

IVR level 2 or 3 health training is an asset
