Compliance Support in the area of GxP Training

Background:

As Compliance Support in the area of training, you will be working in the technical department of the Basel or Kaiseraugst site. This department is responsible for the realization and maintenance of the biotechnological, chemical, and galenic production facilities of the Pharma division in the Basel and Kaiseraugst plants.

Additionally, the technical department is responsible for the GMP-compliant operation of the infrastructure facilities and site supply systems.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Administrative support of training measures resulting from local and global requirements, as well as collaboration in the implementation of the required training concepts.
• Preparation of training materials and collaboration in the organization of training sessions.
• Support of customer departments in the implementation of the training strategy.
• Active exchange with the training organizations of our customers.
• Support of the Learning Management System Cornerstone.
• Support with project activities.

Must Haves:

• Completed training or studies in a pharmaceutical company.
• At least 3-5 years of practical experience in the area of administration, quality assurance, and training in the area of pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnological plants.
• Sufficient experience with the Learning Management System Cornerstone is required.
• Profound professional experience in a GMP regulated working environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Team player with excellent communication skills paired with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships with colleagues and employees at different levels.
• Independent and self-reliant processing of complex tasks as well as reliable enforcement of agreed priorities.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing. Good English skills are an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
