We manage the real estate owned by the Canton of Bern. Our real estate portfolio includes a wide variety of objects, ranging from castles and farms to complex laboratory buildings. Your tasks

• Processing and evaluation of real estate master data in SAP
• Data provision and conception of BI analyses
• Accompanying the implementation of BIM (<<Building Information Modeling>>)
• Collaboration in the further development of our <<Data Governance>>
• Updating documentation in data management and creating corresponding data models

Your profile

• Ongoing or completed studies in computer science, business administration or civil engineering
• Proficient use of the Office suite and motivation for working with SAP software
• Interest in the real estate sector and a flair for IT
• Strategic thinking and action
• Structured, independent and exact way of working

...within the framework of a twelve-month internship, there is the possibility to work on selected topics in a practical manner for our office. In doing so, you will acquire valuable user knowledge of the cross-industry significant SAP software. Through an exciting area of responsibility, you will gain insight into the functioning of a larger administration and into the management of data and real estate. About the Amt für Grundstücke und Gebäude (AGG)

The AGG is part of the Bau- und Verkehrsdirektion of the Canton of Bern. It is organizationally divided into the areas of real estate management, construction project management and property management. The AGG is responsible for the sustainable development and use of the plots and buildings of the Canton. The heterogeneous real estate portfolio with a total value of over 6 Mia. Franken includes a wide variety of properties -- from the alpine hut to the castle.
