For the Zürich region, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Spitex Specialist Responsibility for interRAI-HC Assessments 90% -100 % Your tasks Responsible for the timely and correct planning and execution of initial assessments and reassessments (needs assessments) as well as needs notifications Planning of assignments (deployment plan) for the Spitex teams of the assigned businesses Collaboration with health insurance companies -> processing rejections/feedback Professional and warm advice and care for people in need of care Observation and analysis of nursing and care situations including initiation of necessary corrective/measures Checking Spitex services for completeness and correctness for all guests (monthly closing) Coaching employees in the business on the correct and complete recording of Spitex services Your profile Completed nursing training HF/FH/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK At least 2-3 years of professional experience in nursing 1-2 years of professional experience in Spitex with needs assessments Ability to analyze rejections Knowledge of the correct planning and recording of Spitex services (including billing) Willingness to travel within the Canton of Zürich Impeccable German skills, sophisticated oral and written expression skills Why Tertianum?
