Would you like to accompany people with support needs in a person-centered way and at the same time pass on your expertise to a trainee social worker? Then you will find a task with impact, responsibility and a lot of creative freedom with us.

What you will achieve with us
The focus of your activity lies in the person-centered accompaniment of our residents. You support people with support needs in everyday life, promote their self-determination and enable active participation in social life. In addition, you will take over the professional supervision of a trainee social worker. With your professional competence, your personality and your commitment, you will enrich our team and actively shape the cooperation.

What you bring with you
You have completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH. Ideally, you already possess the qualification as a practical instructor or are prepared to complete it. You enjoy reliably, clearly and encouragingly accompanying a trainee social worker during their training. Empathy, humor, personal responsibility and appreciative cooperation are a matter of course for you. In addition, you are willing to take on irregular working hours as well as weekend and night on-call duties.
