Your area of responsibility: - Holistic support of SMEs and international mandates - Overall responsibility and mandate management for finance and accounting - Preparation of VAT returns including VAT reconciliations - Preparation of interim and annual financial statements including budgeting and liquidity planning as well as business evaluations - Payroll accounting and social security law clarification/consulting - Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons - Tax planning / tax consulting accompanied by tax experts - Company formations and conversions - Succession planning and restructurings - Settlement of natural and legal persons via our international network incl. fiscal representation with cross-border matters - Support of national and cross-border strategic planning - Performance of limited audits (optional) Your profile: - Completed further education as an eidg. Dipl.
