Gastronomy All-Rounder Office Employee

To support our team in the Restaurant Stadtkeller, we are looking for an employee in the office / plonge. In the heart of Lucerne's old town is the Restaurant Stadtkeller, a listed building. It offers around 200 - 250 seats with an additional 20 places in the associated Artistenbar. During the summer months, from April to October, original Swiss folklore shows with traditional Swiss customs and traditions take place in the Swiss Folklore Restaurant Stadtkeller: alphorn, cowbells, costumes, flag swinging, and yodeling, each evening. The Stadtkeller Folklore Show is considered a unique experience throughout Europe. In November and December, we primarily have company events. The winter months of January to March belong entirely to the fans of the legendary Stadtkeller concerts. Swiss dialect rock, pop, blues, and jazz concerts make the music restaurant Stadtkeller come alive as a concert venue each time. Every year, at the end of winter, Carnival breaks out in the streets, alleys, and squares of Lucerne's old town; the Stadtkeller is the center. Your main tasks include: -Washing dishes in the kitchen plonge -General cleaning and maintenance of the table top -Final cleaning of the plonge / kitchen floor at the end of the day -Maintenance of the waste disposal concept and adherence to hygiene standards -Cleaning of ventilation grilles, economat, and refrigerator Initiative, upright, and committed: that's how we imagine our new team member. From November to March, the Stadtkeller is usually closed on Sundays and Mondays (exceptions possible). Your meals will be charged according to L-GAV. All employees must work weekend shifts, and if necessary, also room hours and evening work shifts (late shifts).
