Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Social Worker FH 60–100 % – ADHD Support, Zürich or Biel

The diagnosis is made – and then? For many adults with ADHD, the work that truly changes their everyday life begins exactly here: finding structure, speaking with the employer, clarifying entitlements, staying on track. We are rebuilding this part of the care, and you will help shape it.

klaroADHS is a specialized outpatient service for the assessment and treatment of ADHD in adults, with locations in Zürich and Biel and complementary video consultation. The provider is 1050medical GmbH. Around 20 employees work together with us interprofessionally: specialist doctors for psychiatry and psychotherapy, assistant doctors, psychologists, and an administration team.

What awaits you

• You conduct supportive individual consultations after the diagnosis – on-site and via video consultation
• You provide psychoeducation on ADHD in adulthood, initially in an individual setting, later also in groups
• You provide support with everyday structure, work situation, and self-management
• You advise on work, social insurance, and compensation for disadvantages and conduct meetings with relatives and employers
• You coordinate with further treating specialists and external specialist centers
• You document the progress carefully
• You contribute your knowledge in case discussions and work under the professional responsibility of our specialist doctors

What you bring

• Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a specialization in psychiatry, Bachelor in Social Work FH, or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in a psychiatric environment
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (min. C1); for the Biel location, additionally good French skills
• Regular presence at one of the two locations is possible
• Appreciative, resource-oriented attitude
• Joy in helping to develop an area from the ground up instead of joining finished structures

Advantageous, but not a condition: outpatient experience, knowledge of social insurance law, an additional qualification in the field of ADHD or coaching.
