For the large-scale project "Neubau Campus Biel/Bienne" we are looking for reinforcement for our team in Biel. Construction Manager* WHAT YOU CAN MOVE WITH US You are co-responsible for achieving the qualitative, scheduled, and financial targets You are responsible for the local construction management and project-related quality management during execution You create schedules regarding construction processes, tenders, plan deliveries, commissioning, acceptances, and handovers You are responsible for creating contractor tenders You manage the hourly and cost controlling of the construction work and create measurements and contractor invoices You carry out acceptances with contractors, clients and/or official authorities and are responsible for defect rectification You ensure the quality specifications regarding construction site safety and compliance with the Posting Ordinance You conduct and minute planning, construction, and coordination meetings WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU You have several years of experience in construction management and are experienced in all construction management topics in structural engineering projects You have completed construction- or architecture-related vocational training; further training as a federal diploma Construction Manager*, Architect FH or Civil Engineer FH is an advantage You are a leadership personality who is aware of the importance of team player skills and contributes them You are characterized by negotiation skills and a healthy measure of assertiveness You are used to working independently, acting entrepreneurially, and taking responsibility WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US A motivated and upbeat team An exciting working environment with a wide area of application, field of activity, and short decision-making paths Co-shaping in an industry in digital transformation Modern work equipment and workplaces are standard with us Fruit and coffee enrich your break A company vehicle and a free parking space DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
