In our Innovation and Processes team, a versatile task with plenty of creative freedom awaits you: you will drive exciting projects forward, further develop the internal control system (IKS) and the opportunity and risk management, and set new impulses together with us.

Tasks ##

• You ensure the operation and further development of the internal control system (IKS), the opportunity and risk management as well as the Business Continuity Management (BCM), ensure compliance with municipal specifications, and create meaningful reports for the executive management.
• Through targeted optimizations, you increase the impact of these instruments and align them consistently with the strategic priorities of the organization.
• You lead and accompany strategically relevant, cross-departmental projects and sub-projects, from the management of stakeholders to the sustainable anchoring of new solutions and processes.
• You strengthen project management competence, advise project managers and executives, and promote the exchange of knowledge and experience within the organization.
• As part of the Innovation and Processes team, you set impulses for innovation, digitalization, and quality management and develop viable concepts and decision-making bases.

Profile ##

• You are an proactive, independent, and implementation-strong personality who likes to take responsibility, actively drives topics forward, and maintains an overview even with demanding issues
• You have sound knowledge of the Internal Control System (IKS) and risk management and bring experience in the application and further development of these instruments
• You have experience in leading cross-departmental projects, are enthusiastic about change, and know how to bring different people and interests together
• You have a university degree or higher vocational training, preferably with a business administration background. Additional training in project management, IKS, or risk management is an advantage
• You think analytically and in networks, act pragmatically and solution-oriented, and convince through clear communication and know how to win others over for common goals
