Lead and manage MEP delivery activities across life science construction projects
Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept development, detailed design, execution, commissioning, and handover
Develop and coordinate technical solutions for electrical and mechanical building services systems
Manage electrical power systems
Oversee design and delivery of cooling and HVAC systems,
Support advanced cooling strategies such as liquid cooling concepts, rear-door heat exchangers, and hot/cold aisle containment
Ensure system redundancy, resilience, and fault-tolera
implemented across all projects
Manage building automation and monitoring systems, including BMS, DCIM, and SCADA integration
Lead and support commissioning activities (Level 1–5), integrated systems testing (IST), factory and site acceptance testing, and load testing
Coordinate with commissioning specialists, contractors, and technical teams to ensure full system validation and performance
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and guidelines, including Uptime Institute Tier standards and ISO standards
Manage project cost, schedule, quality, and risk, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering consultants, contractors, and client representatives
Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Candidate Profile (What we expect)
• University degree in engineering or a related technical field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent)
• At least 5–10 years of experience in MEP project management or technical planning for construction projects in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors
• Solid technical expertise in electrical and mechanical building services
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and cooling systems
• Familiarity with building management and monitoring systems
• Experience working in complex project environments involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
