Junior Property Manager Commercial Real Estate in Zürich 100% (all)

For our client in the city of Zürich, we are looking for a Junior Property Manager Commercial Real Estate (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately.

Tasks:

• Management of a real estate portfolio with responsibility for rent determination
• Planning and controlling of maintenance, renovations and conversions while adhering to the budget
• Central contact person for tenants, owners, craftsmen and authorities as well as processing of damage cases
• Creation, control and reporting of budgets and statements
• Safeguarding owner interests also in legal matters

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training
• 2–3 years of professional experience in real estate management
• Further education as a Property Manager with federal diploma (ongoing or planned)
• Very good German skills (native language)
• Good IT skills (GREM, M365) as well as driving license Cat. B
