Managing Director / CEO (m/f/d).

Your main tasks
Operational & Strategic Leadership: Overall responsibility for the operational and economic management of the company.

Team Leadership & Development: Personnel and professional leadership of the employees (drivers, dispatchers, and administrative staff); promotion of a motivating and performance-oriented work culture.

Operational Organization & Dispatching: Ensuring a smooth operational area (experience in truck dispatching is a great plus) as well as optimization of processes and routes.

Customer & Supplier Support: Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships, negotiation with partners, and acquisition of new business.

Fleet & Resource Management: Monitoring the vehicle fleet (maintenance, utilization, legal regulations, and occupational safety).

Financial Responsibility: Budget planning, cost control, key figure monitoring, and reporting.

Your Profile
Industry Experience: Sound practical experience in the transport and logistics industry (focus on trucks) is mandatory.

Leadership Competence: Proven experience in the personnel leadership and further development of teams.

Dispatching Know-how: Experience in the dispatching of commercial vehicles is a clear advantage.

Language Skills:

German: Business fluent / fluent in speaking and writing (native or C2 level).

French: Good knowledge is an advantage (for customer and partner contacts in Western Switzerland).

Entrepreneurial Thinking: Resilient, solution-oriented, assertive, and with a strong service consciousness.

Local Connection: Willingness to work in the Luzern region.
