Your tasks

• Responsibility for the complete management of cooling fluids (Customer Fluid Management) at contract customers
• Monitoring, maintenance, filling, replacement, and documentation in accordance with the customer agreement --
• Organization of logistics for the realization of maintenance interventions --
• Organization and implementation of waste disposal according to professional standards --
• Documentation of work according to the agreed format --
• Carrying out cleaning work and other activities related to CFM service --
• Customer follow-up outside the scope of CFM management in the field of cooling fluid maintenance --
• Monitoring of coolant lubricants and documentation according to requirements --
• Replacement of cooling fluids at customers --
• Complaint management -- updating data in the system and implementation of measures (on-site troubleshooting) --
• Participation in trade fairs -- implementation of filling concepts --
• Support for Swiss sales through other service provisions --
• Support for the Swiss market for tasks related to LiquidTool systems (LTA/LTM/LTS/Autopilot)

Your profile

• Vocational training in the field of mechanics/metal machining
• Preferably, experience in the technical services sector
• Experience in a production and workshop environment, with a practical dimension
• Driving license for handling equipment (e.g., forklift): an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Aptitude and taste for using IT tools
• Proficiency in French and German, spoken and written
• Strong sense of organization
• Team spirit and customer orientation --
• Taste for direct contact with customers
• Availability to travel 80%
