Ward Park C offers adults between the ages of 18 and 60 support and help in mental health crises and stressful situations. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings of evidence-based medicine. The ward's recovery-oriented therapeutic concept combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieu-therapeutic factors.

Your tasks

Your core tasks include the individual, professional nursing and care of patients during the night. You provide security on the ward and, in cooperation with the doctors on duty, can manage crises professionally. You use nursing diagnostics as a working instrument, support the implementation of individual nursing and crisis plans, and ensure a calm, stable atmosphere on the ward. You orient your way of working according to the ward and Safewards concept. The coordinated and multidisciplinary cooperation offers our patients the best possible treatment success.

Your profile

You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH and bring an interest in the psychiatric field. You have empathy and the ability to act calmly and confidently in crisis situations. Furthermore, you enjoy meeting our patients at eye level and have understanding for adults from the age of 18 regarding their specific problem-solving. If you are a team-oriented, communicative, and prudent personality, we look forward to receiving your application.
