CNC-Programmer Short Turning We are looking for you as a CNC-Programmer Short Turning (all genders). Thanks to you, the machines run like clockwork: You program them independently and have a sense of how production processes can be optimized. You develop CNC programs with precision and care. Your area of responsibility includes: Programming and setting up CNC turning machines for the production of precision turned parts (Okuma, Index, Miyano, Tsugami, Doosan) Planning, controlling and monitoring the production parts Creating the tool list and the program sequence plans Responsible for new parts production from the processing strategy to series production Measuring/testing with state-of-the-art optical and tactile measuring devices Monitoring and optimizing the manufacturing processes To be successful in this position, you possess the following qualifications and skills: Completed basic training as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ or similar Good knowledge of one or more machine types such as Okuma, Index, Miyano, Tsugami or Doosan Programming knowledge in new parts production as well as in the optimization of CNC programs Good control knowledge (type: Fanuc, Okuma-OSP, Siemens, Mitsubishi) Good professional experience in measuring and testing technology and in reading drawings (form and position tolerances) Networked thinking and understanding of technical connections Quality- and goal-oriented action as well as solution-oriented mindset Good German skills at least A2 and communication skills Good vision Our offer Working hours: Flexible daily working hours The security through the financial independence of a family business.
