Clinic Manager (m/f/d) Introduction Augenärzte Emmental Entlibuch AG with two locations in Langnau (Emmental) and Schüpfheim (Entlebuch) combines state-of-the-art ophthalmological diagnostics, therapy, and eye surgery under one roof for comprehensive, personal, and highly professional care with heart and competence. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an engaged personality as Clinic Manager (m/f/d) 80–100 %, effective immediately or by arrangement, who will shape the future of our clinic together with us. Your tasks Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel, and strategic leadership of the two locations (practice & outpatient surgery) Control of process workflows in the practice and in the operating area: appointment scheduling, material & equipment procurement, quality and risk management Leadership and coordination of an interdisciplinary team Interface between medical management, nursing/OR management, and administration; further development of service and treatment offerings Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and clinic-specific standards in the outpatient OR area Your profile Completed business administration or technical training (FH/HF) or equivalent qualification Several years of leadership experience – ideally in a medical practice, clinic, or outpatient surgical facility Pronounced understanding of OR processes, outpatient surgery, and their economic framework conditions Proficient German language skills; French or English an advantage Excellent user knowledge with MS-Office (or similar) and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new software solutions In-depth knowledge in spreadsheet calculation and database management Pronounced digital affinity and the ability to use technological possibilities meaningfully to increase efficiency Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high service orientation, communicative skill, and a reliable demeanor Joy in working with people, empathy, team spirit, as well as the ability to actively help shape change processes we offer A responsible leadership function in a future-oriented ophthalmological facility Freedom of design and opportunity to participate in the further development of practice and outpatient surgery A motivated and collegial team Attractive working conditions, further training opportunities, a modern infrastructure, and 6 weeks of vacation Application information We look forward to your application!
