What awaits you

As a consultant, you assume responsibilities at APP from the very beginning. You lead teams in the development of new concepts as well as in the definition of product, process, and IT requirements. You autonomously manage consulting mandates and develop convincing solutions for business and IT questions. Once the adequate solution is found, you ensure a sustainable implementation and accompany our clients until the successful introduction.

As a person with entrepreneurial thinking and action, you establish lasting contacts, continually expand your network, and acquire new mandates. Furthermore, you have the possibility to actively participate in the APP joint venture and significantly shape our future.

What we expect

• Completed university degree, preferably in business administration, (economic) informatics, or law
• Three to five years of experience in conducting IT-related projects in a consulting or administrative environment, in justice, finance, or healthcare
• Deep knowledge in project management, business analysis, as well as in the application of common methods
• Capacity for rapid assimilation, pronounced analytical thinking as well as a creative and pragmatic approach
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a pleasure of collaborating in a team
• Open and communicative personality with a talent and pleasure for establishing relationships of trust
• Confident writing and presentation in German. Very good knowledge of English and French is a plus
• Flexibility regarding travel in German-speaking Switzerland
