Healthcare Specialist or Medical Practice Assistant MPA

The Stiftung Bernaville in Schwarzenburg is a non-profit organization. We offer adults with cognitive impairments a home and accompany them in diverse residential and daily structure offers. Individual needs, self-determination and participation are at the center. For the health department, we are looking to complement our two-person team as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement for a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) 70% or Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) 50% as well as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) 20-30%. Your area of responsibility * You support and advise our care teams on nursing concerns * You ensure internal quality management and supervise medication management * You take over the administrative and organizational tasks in the health department * You work closely with our general practitioner, the psychiatrist and the pharmacy and are the direct contact person for the residents and the staff * You work in various working groups and train the care staff. You bring with you * Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist FaGe or Medical Practice Assistant MPA. * Interest in the life world of people with disabilities. * Empathy, patience and a good sense for different needs. * Sense of responsibility and reliability, networked thinking. * Good PC skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks.
